I have been shopping at Thompson's Jeweler's in St. Cloud for many year's. The jewelry is fabulous the prices are very fair and the staff is fun, knowable, when you walk in the door they remember your and are greeted with a big hi. Karen and Greg know what I like and always find the ring me. I thank goodness that they are in St. Cloud.

We have been shopping her for almost 18 years and have always been pleased with the quality of the merchandise and the friendly courteous staff.

I have been shopping at Thompson Jewelers for 11 years. The staff is very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. All the jewelry is priced reasonable.

They really made our ring shopping experience great! The family owner experience really makes it great :)

I TOOK A RING THAT WAS MY MOMS IN TO GET SIZED TO FIT ME AND IT WAS DONE IN THE MATTER OF A FEW DAYS AND THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL AND FANTASTIC JOB ! IM VERY HAPPY AND WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER FRIENDS AND FAMILY .

I have done business with this store in the past and had great experience's. I needed an engagement ring since i was headed to Paris to meet the love of my life,whom i had not seen in over 27 years. The staff was awesome when heard of my story and helped me pick out the right one. Well it was perfect she said yes and we are on our way. Thanks so very much.

My wife & I came in to upgrade her bridal set. It was our 20th anniversary. The staff was so helpful & very professional. I found out while I was there that they are family owned which made me feel better. Better than going to a chain store. Anyway we found another bridal set & also got a good trade in on her old rings even tho we didnt buy them here. I would recommend this place highly... This will always be our store for future purchases....

This store is great. I have sold items to them and purchased items as well. Very courtious and professional staff. Prices much better than the so called big Diamond Stores. Also much higher price if your selling your items. We have tried the big name stores and we will only come to Thompson's for all our jewelry needs and repairs. Honest, trustworthy , friendly , and great priceses .

I live in the Orlando area but my boyfriend lives in the area of this store. He saw their ad on tv and so we decided to give them a try. I'm a big fan of LeVian and they happen to carry some of their jewelry. We walked in and where greeted immediately to a friendly person named Greg. He was very helpful, and even though we didn't buy this time, my boyfriend plans to "surprise me" with my favorite LeVian ring from Thompson's before Christmas.

Usually, just deal with their Orlando location where I bought an engagement ring. But I was in the St.Cloud area to do a job for my work and decided stop by. Very friendly and down to earth people people. Ended up just getting a small pair of earrings for a gift for my mother, at a reasonable price of $30. Thanks Thompson's. Will be back in the future.

Been shopping here for many years now. I have seen many jewelers go in and out and its hard to find one to trust, but Thompson's has always been great! Always are very friendly and have some really unique pieces of jewelry. Also love the free layaway!

I went to several stores to sell my gold jewelry, and they offered me the most for my jewelry. They were very professional and friendly, and had good prices on their jewelry.

They do stand behind there jewelry.. They do not promote hometown business ethics.. Buyer Beware

Staff is rude took an old ring in there to get valued told me it wasn't worth anything but $400 so left and took it to Kay jewelers and received $2500 so apparently there crooks to!

Worse place to go. People are extremely RUDE. They have no interest in keeping your business. They made me feel like if I wasn't RICH they didn't want my business. Well, guess what I didn't give them my business. I was happy to leave and find someone else. Their are to many qualified jewelers who are willing to exceed customer service to you, than to deal with their RUDE BUTTS!!!!
