Workmanship seems good so far. No complaints there.
During the process their communication was non existent. We had to deal with our HOA by ourselves when we paid Tighten Up to handle this.

An email update or a phone call once a week to let us know where we stand doesn’t seem too much to ask but apparently that is a problem for their office manager. Also never once responded to my wife’s emails.
Confusing (when) you do finally get responses from her it’s under CharlesMatthews (the owner’s) email with no explanation that it’s not him responding.

However once the job was done she (office manager) suddenly remembered how to send text messages and phone calls to both me and my wife immediately (same day!) asking for the final payment.
Process took 2 months total when I was told it would be 1 month.

Pros: It got done and quality of work seems fine.

Cons: They don’t feel any need to communicate clearly throughout the process.
