Lifesaver! I was on my way home when my steering wheel started shaking and my wheels felt off and making noise. I drove slow, parked by Winn Dixie and gave them a heads up that I'm nearby. I know they are closing soon and if I could go straight to them? Mr. Carl was waiting outside, heard my car making noise, test drove it a few yards and parked it inside to be lifted. He said I can just leave it but Justin (it says on the receipt) worked on it real fast and I was out there right by the time they close. He showed us the heavy metal rusted part they replaced. They said it's common for old explorers to have the same issue and I think they sort of specializes on it too. A little pricey but they did an awesome job. Seriously the fastest time I've ever visited a shop, quicker than the last time me and my husband had an oil change by Valvoline. On my drive home it was really smooth and was worth all the effort. I am going from a 5 star to a 1 star review. Have gone here for a while but i took my car in for a brake change and it has never driven the same since....$800 for pads and rotors and 3 days off of work with follow ups to see if they can fix the problem that was not there before i went in for a brake change.....Still is not driving properly. Will be taking mine and my wifes car elsewhere from now on.

I'd give them a Zero Star if I...

I'd give them a Zero Star if I could. No Lie. They messed up simple oil changes, transmission oil changes, break pads, and missed (or purposely didn't tell me) other serious issues that the dealer found - 'and actually showed me'. AND they way over priced me compared to the dealer. Will NEVER use them again. I have learned my lesson and will stick with the dealer from now on. I feel so scammed.
