WORST EXPERIANCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I came up with a stencil to put on a 30oz tumbler for the facility that I work at and proposed the idea to my coworkers. 40 soldiers went out and bought tumblers to get stenciled. 3 of the 40 cups had misprints on them. When I brought the cups back in I asked what they could do about it. Their fix was for me to have the soldiers buy another cup and they would stencil it for free.

THEY ONLY WANTED ONE CUP! THAT'S WHY THE ONLY BOUGHT ONE CUP!

I asked if they would replace the cups free of charge to the soldiers because it was All Stars fault that the cups had misprints on them. They said NO!!!!

They figured out a way to cover up the misprint with a row of trees. It looked unprofessional and it didn't match the rest of the cups. They tried but failed to stencil the right stencil and correct spelling on the back side of the cup. I then asked again what they were going to do about the problem.

The owner of the company said "I don't know".

HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW! IT'S YOUR COMPANY! TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!

I responded by laughing (because I was dumbfounded by his response) and saying "alright, I guess we won't be coming back here for anything". I started packing up my stuff and he said "hold on, hold on"... He brought 3 silver cups (ours were colored) out from the back (he told me previously he did not stock these cups). He said he would give the soldiers those cups and stencil for free. NOW WE'RE GETTING SOMEWHERE! HE WAS TRYING!

I just picked up my cups today and they over stenciled the original cups and made them look even worse! WHY DID THEY FEEL THE NEED TO STENCIL OVER THE ORIGINAL CUPS AGAIN!!!!!

I CAN'T EXPRESS TO YOU IN WORDS HOW MAD I AM!

Please take your business elsewhere! This company has no customer service and doesn't care about anyone they deal with!
