I would NEVER recommend Almost Famous to anybody wanting any type of piercing. I was so severely unhappy with my crooked ear cartilage piercing that I let it close up. The staff looks like they never know what they're doing and never have anything sterilized and available (the first FIVE piercings my sister chose "weren't sterilized and on hand.)

The rooms themselves are large enough to hold the employee, piercee and two people, and they only let the piercee an employee in. What are they going do to that they need all the space? Some splits? A high kick? A whole dance routine? Wouldn't doubt it with the wa the employees present themselves.

There is also a poor selection of jewelry. Almost Famous only seems to have over 100 types as sizes of plugs for ears.

Once again, I would never recommend this store for anything. I would tell someone NOT to come here instea of just not mentioning them.

Horrible place to go. I went to get my snake bites re pierced noticed the one side wasnt right as soon as i got home and looked closer no where near the old hole and just noticed she pierced under the other old hole on the other side.

All artists are licensed by the state of Minnesota and are trained like any other piercers. 4 of my 12 piercings have been done here, and they are all perfect.

Should be called "Almost Licensed."

Don't go here to get a piercing. I did, and they messed up on both my piercings and put them in the wrong spot, and they got infected easy( starting to think it was the products they gave me). Go to another piercing place if you want a piercing, its worth it. And you don't have to suffer through the painful experience of infections.
