Very expensive for upper range apartment living for students who expect a quality living space. On our second year for our son and our third visit this year we found it is poorly kept and no management on site to handle concerns. They must be cutting back on maintenance like emptying over flowing trash,cleaning windows and vacuuming etc. I cannot believe someone does not realize to get the building fully occupied it starts with curb appeal. This complex will fail at what price they charge and put little into staffing and maintenance.
