Falsifies paperwork, deceitful to banks, overinflates price on the paperwork over the price on windshield and inventory book, dishonest and uncooperative, hidden costs, lies to attorneys to try to cover themselves. They're the next "Denny Hecker"...buyer beware and steer clear!
