Erickson Water treatment has hundreds of units out and Big Iron Drillings customers dating back 25yrs or more who still use their equipment to this day. I know the gentleman tom who wrote the previous review and he had the unit many years. Tom never took care of the unit and always wanted everything free even after his warranty was expired. Tom called and requested us to come to his home and agreed to the cost before we set appt. After the work was finished he tried to get his money back for the service call we provided and the BBB agreed he ordered the service we provided what he requested equipment was up and working but he was just trying to get free in home service after the fact. Because of how he tried playing this out and lying, I suggested he not contact us for further assistance in the future due to his abusive behavior and attitude. The company goes the extra mile for everyone and we as a business realize we can't make everyone happy but we do try to make it a rule to do our best. I might add tom did not purchase equipment from Erickson Water Treatment He purchased it years before from Big Iron Drilling which we are the only company that is permitted to sell or service their existing customers in the USA.

Be very aware that this company does not install Big Iron Drilling Equipment as they claim. They are simply replacing systems with inferior products and holding the consumer hostage buy charging for service calls (in our case within less than 90 days - $175 charged or "we are not interested in doing business with you" - direct from the Owner). The system still does not work and after struggling for fair and best business practices - we are simply replacing it with a new and different brand. - Summary - Bad products,,tactics and absolutely terrible service - at your cost.
