the agent there elizabeth 'lisa' schirz didn't disclose my motor vehicle collision deductible amount, I was given the first insurance coverage that appeared in the computer-was the highest deductible amount! Lisa NEVER discussed with me why deductible price was the price it was for me nor did she review any alternative insurance quotes.....When I finally called lisa to discuss this HUGE problem when I received my renewal notice this HIGH deductible amount came entirely from a fault made by her.......She was rude & she mispronounced my 1st name three times after I corrected her for it and got a HIGHLY-DEFENSIVE attitude toward me then rushed me off the phone with the phrase " You're going to shop around for a better rate?" and to add insult to injury I called her district manager to file a complaint with him, the issue hasn't been resolved with a call to me yet.... her secretary sonya is rude and doesn't want to do her job nor can be polite to certain customers as well. GO ELSEWHERE NOBODY has to take this bad behavior in a horrible economy-from someone whom is wrong-knew she was wrong and stays in the WRONG!!!!
