Provided by YP.comStayed at this heap out of dwsperation, wasn't terrible. So came back the following weekend holy F`N NIGHTMARE I was at the Veterans hospital over here so my family stayed here my 7 yr old was in the shower hiding and crying as the female manager or the female schmeegel(lord of the rings) or a women from the hills have eyes. Anyways herself and some other folks are out there screaming at 4 am acting crazy i have the video to accompany this monstrosity, don't believe I can download here but will be on YouTube and FB if they are on there. No electrical faceplates on the outlets hair in the shower prior to my family getting there mayonaisse in the fridge from who knows where. Don't get me wrong the place is what it is a cheap place to crash. But has become a sh** hole and a terror to anyone passing through.

I arrived late at night only to find the tv on and hair in the sink from someone's shaving. It looked as if someone had just been in my room even though I already had it booked earlier. Clearly the room had not been cleaned after the previous person. There was also hair in the sheets and pubic hair in the bathtub. It was the most "sketch" motel I had ever seen. There were cracks around the door where cold/heat/bugs can get in. There was also questionable activity taking place around the building. I didn't feel my car or my person were safe. The "non-smoking" rooms stink of smoke.Lastly, the train goes right by the building approximately every half hour during the night so you cannot sleep unless you are the type that can sleep through a tornado. It is well worth the extra $10 or so to stay somewhere clean, safe, and peaceful...peace of mind.

Provided by YP.comI stayed at the gateway with my boyfriend back in 2005 i believe. The staff was friendly, the price was right, and our room was nice and clean. I loved having a balcony outside the room to just enjoy the view rather than a hallway like most other motels or hotels. And for the most part it was quiet. The only drawback we had was that somewhere around midnight we could hear the neighbors getting it on several times. That was kinda gross, but we had to hold back from laughing! Other than that, i would recommend staying there.
