I have been living in my apartment for three years and I love my home. If I need something to get fixed they are very understanding and fix it when they can. You have amazing staff and fixer upper people. Everyone is so friendly and kind- love it! And I'm going to stay here forever thank you for making a difference in my life and a place where I love my awesome home.

I have had very good experiences with JJ's. I was in a unique situation and they were willing to work with me still.

My apartment-mate and I would love to thank you guys for your efficient responses to our calls and questions. When we called about a leaky sink, the maintenance person came the next day. Then when we sent in the form listing pre-lived-in damage report, you guys came and replaced our broken thermostat and cracked door. So thank you very much!
