Dr. Jason Lupkes has been helping people throughout central Minnesota and beyond to achieve health since 2003. His patients include athletes, children, adults of all ages, newborns and doctors etc. Our approach is simple. We believe that human beings were designed and created to be healthy. In other words, true health (optimum function physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually) is how we are meant to experience this amazing journey we call "Life". Therefore we believe that health is amongst our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they've lost their health, our commitment is two-fold. We're committed to teaching our patients that true health is a journey, not a destination. Through educational opportunities (like this web site), we hope to communicate the value of ongoing chiropractic care. Our desire is to see our practice members abandon the prevailing sickness care model of health (waiting for symptoms and then taking action), in favor of the emerging wellness model. When your health zones are balanced you can be at your best. You can empower yourself by being proactive with your health. It is always easier to maintain your health then to regain it after it has been lost. Remember, our bodies are intelligent and amazing.
