Doctors and staff are all very helpful and informative. They have fun games for the patients too!

Dr. Ben and his team are very kind and compationate. The estimate was exactly what I paid. The staff genuinely enjoyes where they work and it shows in the care I received. I have highly recommend them to everyone I know!

Two of our three children have had braces and we received nothing but excellent service from trained, caring and professional staff and doctors. I have suggested to many friends and family members to go see Dr. Ben and his staff at Nemeth Orthodontics if they have orthodontic needs. We always feel we are taken care of in the best possible way.

Two of my teens have received orthodontic care at Nemeth. We love their staff, service and flexibility. They worked with us on payments. We have not had any issues with estimates or overbilling. Their customer service is the best I have seen at any health care facility. Kudos to Dr. Ben and staff at Nemeth!

I had so many problems with them. Their communication is horrible. They forgot to tell me things all the time. And in the end, I had to pay more money that they had never told me about either, just handed me a bill. I have 2 children and if they need braces I will take my chances elsewhere. Also, from what I saw, Robert rarely works any longer, I only saw the son, Benjamin.

Be ready to be SOCKED another bill of 15%, or $700.00 at the end of treatment!In their terms - They are "unaware" of what insurance covers ! Although they work with it everyday ! They gladly pass their mistakes on to the consumer. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone. I had two other kids go elsewhere without a problem.The customer is king.
