Great staff, facilities and service!

If Patrick manages any of his other companies like he does his rental properties, I’d recommend someone else. He comes across nice and considerate but it’s just an act. Because of my allergies to mold I was unable live in my unit. He didn’t seem to care and said I signed the lease, so I was responsible for paying.

I rented from Patrick Mastey and Aspen Housing for 8 years and always had superior service. From the inital lease signing to the check-out after moving out, I cannot say enough good things about them. If you are looking for a company that cares, is there to take care of problems when they arise and a company who gives back to the community; just give them a call. 320.259.6135.
