We had rented a Escalade limousine from Pearl and it was the most horrible experience ever. They said the limousine was a 20 passenger and it only held 16. The driver was not clean shaven and smelled of BO. I found out after the service that he was or is a school bus driver. He had no patience and was very rude! I talked to the owner Tammy to complain and she was even more rude than the driver. Don't use this service it is horrible.

I had some high profile friends come into town last weekend and we dicided at the last minutes on saturday to go out bar hopping so we wanted to rent a limousine. So noone had to drink and drive. We tried calling Pearl and no one would ancwer the phone. After trying several attempts we looked up another limo serivce and they answered there phone and were very accomadating and proffesional in taking care of our last minutes needs. There limo was Very nice and clean, the driver was dressed really nice and my friends and I had a great night out. We will be using them for our wedding and etc. THEY WERE FANTASTIC :)

Our wedding we rented a limousine from Pearl Limousine and they said that their Escalades where 20 passengers and they only seat 16 passenger. Some of our wedding party had to drive there own cars to get to the reception. When I called to complain the person who answered was very rude. Also the chauffuer was not professionaly uniformed he was wearing a powder blue jacket.

This company is very arrogant the lady who answers the phone is rude. They don't even answer there phones on the weekend
