Absolutely terrible, I wish I could give 0 stars. I went there in August of this year to have a chemical straightening done. I had previously gotten it done a year ago and needed a touch up. The service during the treatment was fine. However, when I was on my way home I noticed Kat had not washed my hair out completely and there was still product in the bottom layer. I quickly stopped and tried to wash it and took a shower when I got home, I live approximately an hour and a half away from the salon. Within a month all of my hair started breaking off. Now, my whole bottom layer is broke off. They attempted to blame it on my pregnancy because I was 9 months pregnant. However, my hair BROKE, and is not falling out. There is a complete difference, and my hair is still not falling out after my son was born.



I called today to ask them what they would do, they said they wouldn't do anything to help me. In addition, Kat was extremely rude to me, stating I should have called earlier. Also, it doesn't look like I even had a touch-up done! The top of my hair is still frizzy and curly. I DO NOT recommend this salon. If they mess up they will not help you or refund your money. In addition, they will provide extremely rude customer service. Please save your time, energy, and money and find a better salon.
