Loved it!

I recently bought my first car here and had a fantastic experience. My salesman was Andy and he was great! Extremely helpful and easy to talk to. I got exactly what I wanted and they were very negotiable. Would definitely recommend; I loved it!

over charged

positve was they fixed the car the same day! they did not stick to the over the phone quote, Charged an additional $45 diognastic charge not quoted. did not have the motorcraft part in stock but said they could get one cheaper at a local parts house. they charged me way more than the motorcraft part was, then tried to sell me a new battery, wich was just replaced and also that i needed a new belt. A $250 repair turned into a $450 repair. goes t show never go back to the dealership. live and learn when you are from out of town

I bought at least 10 New fords from Tenvorde

Like I said at least 10 NEW vehicles. But when my Rangers engine froze they said I voided the warranty. It cost me 9 000 dollars to settle the matter. I will NEVER do business with Tenvorde again, and I advise everyone to avoid this dealership.

Shop for car elsewhere

Additional fees popped up during financing.Service dept. can't keep a scheduled appt.Broke two windshields.Refused to take responsibility for one of them.Buy and service your Ford elsewhere.These guys do not deserve your business.

Service dept

Took vehicle in for warranty work. They had to order parts because they did not stock them. Service dept told me they would call as soon as the parts came in. Supposed to be within 3 days. Never got call, I had to call them a week later. Great customer service??? Not in my book. Tenvoorde is always worried about getting you to fill out their rating as the highest possible score and if not to contact them so they can fix it. Maybe they should not worry so much about asking you to give them the highest rating and start giving the customer service to earn that top rating instead.

parts help

Very upset with there help they liked to pass you along and push you off on someone else sat on the phone for 15 min with no help then someone named JASON answered i told him what i was looking for and he hung up on me???? what ever happened to costumer serves????

Worst purchase ever

Baught a 06 ford ranger getting a single owner vehicle with a clean car fax and 25k miles on it... 4 months, 5k miles down the road i have water leaking in my door setting in the bottom, found out the rear end axle is off a bit, and find out the door was bondoed to heck and back and repainted on the whole door panel cheaply i must add cause after 4 months you can tell now... so much for a clean report, went to the dealer to complain about it and the sales person comes back with " that isn't are problem " and they would give me a new 20 dollar seal but nothing else... by the way i have rust spots on the bottom of the doors now due to the water setting inside while the first 25k miles were put on it when I didnt own it... they think the dealer touched it up so no one would notice it was in a accident off the bat, and 4 months later the touch up spots are showing through. They lied to me and my father saying it was clean and never in any accident before. BEWARE OF THIS DEALER, I will tell
