The City of St. Cloud, Minnesota Public Works Department provides for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the infrastructure facilities and amenities. It plans and develops municipal sanitary sewer, water main, storm drain, and street and sidewalk systems. The department also provides weekly refuse, recycling and yard waste collection services. Additionally, it installs and maintains traffic and regulatory signs and pavement markings on municipal streets. The City of St. Cloud, Minnesota Public Works Department also clears snow and ice from streets and alleys and provides parking facilities in the downtown area.
