I purchased the Juki HZL-G210 sewing machine, from the Saint Cloud Sewing Center.

1. After taking the machine home the bobbin jammed . Needle broke Clunk.



2. I made an appointment to bring in the machine at St Cloud Sewing Center. Travel to this store was a one hour drive.



3. Peter was not there for the appointment he made with me. Instead the owner of the store took the machine to fix it. I was asked to come back at noon. After waiting 2 hours. I was told it was fixed.



4. Yesterday I took the machine out to finish the quilt top. The bobbin kept slipping and feed dogs kept grabbing the material again. I called the St Cloud Sewing Center and told them I wanted to RETURN the machine. I was told I cannot return it, and my only option is to let them fix it again. I have only had it 45 days.



The owner at the Saint Cloud Sewing Center suggested to me over the phone I should take some sewing lessons, as I was most likely the cause of the machine jamming. Really?
