My boyfriend checked my oil before we started our Saturday errands. The whole day he kept hinting with his cute voice, "Is it time to get your oil changed now?" It was, as I mentioned, a Saturday and I doubted a quick lube place would be open. But we headed into town and kept our eyes open. We pulled up to Valvoline of St. Cloud and were greeted with smiles. My experience was awesome! They didn't try to up sell me at all. Instead, they just politely informed me of next time I come in, I may want some extra work done with my fluids but there was no need to do that today. I believe the man who talked me through everything was named Dave.Nick even replaced my tire caps because two of my tires were missing them.My oil change was quick, they showed me the new air filter before they put it in and waved as I left smiling, They will get my business again in the future!-Happy college girl and her boyfriend

Got an oil change and a headlight put in and they didnt hook the hose back up which caused my car to go into the shop and get fixed which costed more than it should have

Valvoline Instant oil change in Saint Cloud does not have a car wash. And they also would not have made you pay half, if it were a legit coupon. I'm sure that Valvoline is the place that mails out coupons. Your are way out of line and my guess is that you also are one of their competitors.

Great service here. The guys are all knowledgable, fast, and efficient at what they do. The salesman was very kind and not pushing at all. When I told him I didnt have money to fix the things wrong with my truck. He kindly responded, " not a problem, I will put everything recommeded on your reciept".I will definately be visiting these guys again.

Got a coupon my new move in packet for a free oil change including car was. Said it was a $29 value. Called the place to make an appointment and the guy said that the place that sent out the coupons had made some mistakes and that I would have to pay half! Very bad way to do business!! They should take their problem up with the coupon place, instead they chose to get a negative reviews.

The service here is always super-fast. They also found a leak in my tire which they plugged for only a few dollars while doing an oil change. The prices are high though, and lately they use sales pitches to try to get you to buy higher priced stuff (synthetic oil, fuel additives, wiper blades, etc.) The oil change I had last time was over $45. The tire rotation was $19.99, but done in 10 minutes. You pay for convienience!

Terrible service! Employee negligence caused my car to have a large oil leak. Valvoline refused to accept responsibility for the leak and I had to go to a different garage to get it fixed.
