The driver Andrea is so nice and friendly. She always greeted us and everyone else with big smile. Positive attitude and to the point emergency instructions. Very professional. She certainly set the gold standard for a bus driver.

Keep up the good work Andrea, I am glad she is driving our bus to and from Mall of America to Mystic Lake Casino.

Our company planned an all employee party just 7 weeks out on super bowl Friday. Getting transportation for 1,500 people was going to be challenging! I contacted Voigt's Bus Services and they made it happen. Working with company was nothing but great reviews from all our employees. The bus drivers were awesome even with little to no knowledge of the upcoming day. Connie our service rep was on site making sure everyone got on the correct bus and making things run smoothly. Knowing how great this company is they will be my go to for all events. They go above and beyond!! Thank you for making this day a success.

We recently used Voigts Bus Service for my husband's 30th birthday party. We took the transit bus and it was perfect. From start to finish, Cortney was amazing to work with. She made the process so easy and was very accommodating! The bus was large and spacious and perfect for us to go bar hopping! I will defiantly be using Voigts again!!!

My husband and I had an exceptional experience with Voigt's Bus and Coach Company on our recent wedding in the St. Cloud area. From our initial inquire to the final details, Voigt's staff exceeded our expectations. Courtney was professional and helpful with organizing our timeline and working with other vendors. Our bus driver, Sharon was the best and we would use her again and again! We had the mini coach with horseshoe seating, which worked perfect for our big wedding party. There was plenty of room to stand and/or sit comfortably. If we ever need transportation for an event, we would be happy to hire Voigt's again! Highly recommended!

Maxi, although we appreciate your feedback, here is the rest of the information that people need to know. After the delay, I had a conversation with Maxi. We agreed that the issue with the defrost was a safety concern and that it was dealt with properly, it was also an unforeseen event that could not have been prevented. We also agreed that the information about an issue from the year before was not our company. In the end, Maxi said the trip went well and the issue at the beginning was not earth shattering.
