Internet out every month. Can't "EVER" get someone to answer the phone. Very disappointed!

They are terrible. I called several times to get info about their packages since there is NO info on their website. Got an answering machine a few times then sorry the mailbox is full. Finally late afternoon someone answered only to ask me for my name and number and they would try and call back by 5. I had them before and they were decent, just old analog equipment. Please just close up shop so a real internet/ cable company can come in, you guys are horrible!

This company is really really terrible. I never signed up for a data usage cap. Years ago when I signed up there was no data usage cap. I don't see how that can be legal. I take all my college courses online, one afternoon I attempt to take a test but guess what..no internet. Because I went over the STUPID DATA USAGE CAP that I didnt even no anything about!!!! That cost me a 35 dollar retake fee. The internet service is awful!!!

They don't even deserve a star on the rating chart!!!

This company is terrible. The cable & internet go out constantly. They have no tech people to come fix anything ever, so you're on your own. & they've instated a new data usage cap, without alerting their customers. So after a certain amount of internet usage they just cut it off completely. So watch a couple netflix movies & then you have no more internet for the month. These people are crooks and should be ashamed of their poor business practices.
