My experience with Diane S.started off fine. I used the right colored boards the floor had no more sanding left but she said to go ahead. She also said she would replace the base shoe as well.she even bleach the floor on top of the wood floor bleach I let dry.And on my last day I finished,all of what I was paid for.A male was sexually hitting on me the entire time.What he was doing there I haven't a clue.That was all in all a different experince,one I would not want to repeat again. I hired Jeff Reed based upon his family reputation. Little did I know that he is ruining this reputation around town (he inherited the business). He took 2 weeks to refinish my hardwood floors (less than 500 sq ft) and then quit before the job was finished via text message after he got his check for the work he did. It ended up costing me more money to hire someone else to finish the job. He used white oak boards in some spots to replace flooring when I have red oak floors, so they stick out and don't match. He hit the baseboards with his edger and scuffed them, which I had to touch up later myself, and he bleached patches of wood trying to remove stains, then left it like that and didn't stain match it before applying polyurethane, and it looks terrible. He tried to tell me the bleached spots would amber and match better over time (a few months, ha ha). Overall, I was very upset with the experience and wouldn't recommend him. He seems to have a lot of personal problems that interfere with his work and he acted unprofessionally when he quit. If I wasn't selling my house, I might have taken him to small claims court to fix what he did and for not finishing the job.

They did a excellent job for me and i have heard nothing but good things about them.
