Very rude call before hand and was told one price for gold exchange then when I showed up with my (stamped) 14k gold they told me they went by only the ounces she was very rude about this ..... Why wasn't I told when I called this then??? Very unprofessional

Very Rude!

I went to Allgood coin looking to spend some money on silver. I needed some help and was referred to a mean old woman named Charlotte. She was extremely rude and impatient when I asked some simple questions. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company! Perhaps it would be OK without Charlotte running the show.
