Worst motorcycle service experience in 17 years. Sold me a new battery and then refused to do anything when the battery died after 300 miles and left me stranded in the Nevada desert for three hours waiting for tow service. Harley replaced the battery and he said they just wanted to sale batteries. That after he sold me one that failed. Offered a free oil change next time I needed one but would do nothing on the battery. Horrible way to treat a three year repeat customer who had spent several hundred $'s over that period of time in parts and service. People like this don't deserve to be in business and I strongly recommend anyone but American Motircycles for your service needs.
