AWI used to be good. Over the last year I have seen a steady slowing down of their service. I pay for 30M and every afternoon I get around 5M. It seems they have over sold their capacity.

I agree with the other comments. AWI kicks butt. I have not had a single problem with them.

I have been with way too many internet providers and they all have the same problems. AWI is like a diamond in the rough. Thank you for making my life easier and my home business more profitable.

I will never be with another internet company as long as I live in AWI's service area. I would recommend their service to anyone who loves not having problems with their internet.

I have loved every second that I have been connected with AWI Networks. They were so nice and helpful when I was getting connected (they didn't charge a thing for installation.) I also have not experienced a single second of my internet being down. And the best part is when I call in I actually get to talk to someone in St. George! LOVE THIS COMPANY!

When I moved to St. George I started with Baja Broadband. They were down constantly and never wanted to help. Then I switched to Century Link. They charge a large fee to come and fix anything at your house. AWI Networks has been incredibly easy to get a hold of and are very helpful. The speed has been consistent and I can't imagine switching back to anyone else.

AWI is a pretty decent company. We've had no issues with service up time or anything like that. Our biggest complaint is that they throttle your bandwidth if you are downloading, so if you buy a digital version of a game, what would take 1 hour using cable, starts out at around 2 hours and after 30 secs or so is throttled and becomes 5 hours. Streaming movies(netflix, hulu) work fine, but downloads are a major problem.
