I went to Colorland for new fuel line for my Husqvarna string trimmer. The existing line tube fell apart. They sold me new fuel line and talked me into spending $14 on K-100 fuel stabilizer. I thoroughly clean the carburetor, installed the new fuel line and added the K-100 as directed. The trimmer started but would not stay running. Took the trimmer to Colorland, where they charged me $40 to diagnose it and said they would call in four days. Ten days later, I called to ask about it and they could not find it in their system. A new hire had checked it as complete and picked up. Not so! They promised to work on it and call later that day. No phone call! Next day, I call again. They again had a hard time finding it and provided no apology for not keeping me informed! Very poor customer service!! Finally, they found it and reported it would cost $100+ more to replace the carburetor. I said no and went to pick it up. Once there, I told them they had lost me as a customer due to such poor communication. They acted disappointed, but made no effort to make it right. If every customer is important, they did not demonstrate it to me.

I had a great experience with Colorland. I enjoyed the expertise and service. I will go back for my small equipment needs.
