Had a very severe infection from a previous root canal from another dentist. Dr. Bothers intricately drilled through the crown and drained the infected area.

I had some work done with Dr Bethers DDS and he was pleasant, and cordial. We had 2 meetings and 25 words were said to me. He was referred to me by my Dentist. I believe he knew what he was doing and did a fine job.
The atmosphere in the office was very strange, and very uncomfortable. The receptionist was very cold, and irritated each time I went in. I was not greeted, just ignored. I had to make the first communication, and was told to sit down and wait until I was needed. She was not on the phone, or busy with a co-worker at that time, and I felt I was intruding her space.
During the surgery prep the Dr's assistant was cold, and uncaring. I was in a new environment and scared and wasn't made comfortable, or cared for by her.
When I paid for the services, she said is that all you are going to pay? Then gave me a rude look and did not speak to me again during this transaction.
I will find another Dr. if we need another root canal. I must say Dr. Bethers was not at all rude or unkind. He was just a great business man.
