This was the worst dentist experience I have ever witnessed. My Husband saw Dr. Valantine, a few weeks ago. We got back to the room quickly, the medical assistance took x-rays of only the part that hurt, even though my husband stated that he hasn't been to a dentist it 20 yrs. After waiting for the Dr to come in, he does he doesn't say hi to us or introduced himself. No he just walks in, looks at the x-ray talks to the medical assistant numbs my husband, who then has to sign a paper to pull a tooth. There was no explanation of why the tooth has to be pulled, or anything. The dentist said maybe three word to us the entire time we were there. Dr numbed my husbands mouth didn't even wait long enough to let it set in and started pulling. My husband was clearing in pain moaning and almost yelling the Dr did ask if he was Okay or if he needed anything. Then after Dr Valantine quickly got up and leave. There was no reason to be treated like this, we were new patients and the only ones in the office. There is no reason to treat patients like this, Dr Valantine has no bed side manners, and wouldn't recommend him to be a dogs dentist.
