My toilet backed up late on a Saturday night. I called "My Rooter" Sunday morn after I did some vigorous plunging Saturday night and early Sunday morn and it didn't touch the plug-up. The rooter technician was flexible time-wise even on the weekend. Just minutes before he showed up, by some miraculous reason the toilet began to flow. He showed up and checked the mainline drainage, checked the toilet, and although I was willing to pay him his regular fee for a service call, he refused to charge me. Even with his refusal to take money, he even checked a slow drain in one of our bathtubs and pulled a bunch of gunk from it (still did not charge). I will be using this guy for my rooting needs for as long as I live in the area. Solid service and business. Thank you so much.
