horrible staff

I was so dissapointed! I have stayed at this Ramada Inn a couple of times the past few years and was treated well. This last stay, the staff was not friendly or customer service oriented. I think sometimes employees forget that without customers, they have no pay check!

The worse hotel experience I've ever had

We had reservations at Ramada Inn - Limited in Biloxi on May 14th. We arrived at 1:30 but was met with a hand written sign stating "No Vacancy".We entered the lobby & told the clerk we had reservations but was told there was no check-in until 3:00pm so we left.Upon returning we were issued key cards for room 254.We were there about a half hour when we heard someone attempting to enter the room. I went to the door,opened it & was met by a couple who said they were assigned the same room, they apologized & went back to the lobby.The next issues were: it was a smoking room with no ash trays.The air condition was surrounded by black mold. We obseved a soiled blanket on one of the beds. The next day we observed that thebathroom shower also had mold & mildew all around the ceiling, the metal shower fixtures were rusted.The ceiling above the beds were bubbled & puffed out. This was the worse hotel experience I've ever had. I took photos and am sending them to your corporate office.

Ramada Inn Welcome Center Fort Lauderdale Fl.

the welcome center at the Fla. Fort Lauderdale site needs reviewing of its excellent tag. My wife and I stayed overnight as part of the Caribbean cruise package. Upon inspection of the room we found bugs on the sheet dresser and bathroom sink area. We complained to the front desk and wanted a room change. They sent a man up with a spray can. We were suppose to return after the cruise but chose to stay away. We paid $335 for 2 nights plus taxes and sur charges. We feel that we were ignored and the problem not corrected. Ramada Inns welcome center should refund our money. We expect that is the least they can do to make amends. Ronald and Marcie Roch
