The Fripp Island Property Owners Association maintains information of a variety of property owners. It includes the telephone numbers of electricity, water and sewer, internet, cable television, tennis and golf centers, pro shops and marinas. The association conducts residential property and bridge and road fund assessments. The Fripp Island Property Owners Association prepares a budget that includes Capital Revenues and Operating and Reserve Expenses of several property owners. It maintains a list of service providers and vendors in the animal control, appliance repair, building supplies, carpentry, cleaning, consignment, construction, drywall, electrical, fire and water restoration, glass, home inspection and property management industries. The Fripp Island Property Owners Association is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
