i purchased a new cub cadet lawn tractor from them last summer. it worked very well for the summer but when i took it out of storage in march to take it in for a tune up the brake was locked up. i tokk it in march 13th and did not get it back until march 25th. they did a break adjustment and tune up. on april 30th after only using the mower for about 6 hours the break locked up again so i had to take it back to the shop. i was told by the owner doug that i would have it back by may 13th after several phone calls to get a status update. i was called on may 21st and told that the mower was ready for pickup. when i started the mower and let off the break it made a terrible metal rubbing noise. i had dave the mechanic come out to look at it. he said to me that it looked like a pully was bent and he did not know if he should fix it. from there i just could not understand how he can call himself a mechanic. anyway he said they would get the parts and get it back to me next tuesday , well that did not happen and 10 weeks later i am still waiting.
