Horrible customer service. My son changed his mind on a purchase and wanted to go back to the store to exchange it within a hour. Even with a reciept and the sales lady remembering us they wouldn't allow an exchange. When I pointed out they do not have a policy stating "all sales are final" or no returns" the sales lady said "I'm just mad because my son picked out something he didn't want. I would never spend another dimension at this establishment and plan to notify the BBB of their practices
