I've been banking with PCB for about 2 years now, and they have always been incredibly helpful. I started banking here while going to Missouri S&T in Rolla, and have since moved to Springfield, MO, 100 miles from the nearest branch of PCB. I still use them. They are the absolute best bank I have ever dealt with and I don't plan on changing banks anytime in the future.

The staff at Phelps County Bank are all very efficient and knowledgeable, I would never choose to go to any other bank and recommend my friends and family to use their services all of the time.

All of the staff at Phelps County Bank are the friendliest people that you could have the pleasure of working with. I am very happy going here and recommend it all the time.

I just began using internet banking and I have to say it is just great. You can access your money so easily and make any changes necessary. It is a very nice addition to banking.

Whenever I have to go into the bank to check my accounts or put money into the bank they are always so quick. I never have to wait to see someone. The internet banking services they offer are great and you are able to check your statements whenever you need.

They do a really wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and have them do their banking here as well. The staff is so kind and do a great job answering any questions that you may have.

I never had a problem before today. My debit card was charged by a business without my knowledge. I contacted both the business and the bank to fix the problem. The business refunded no problem but the bank hassled me about refusing to take off overdraft fees. Shanna or Shawna I can't remember her name was rather rude to me. For now on I will opt at a separate location.

We have been banking with PCB for over 20 years. I cannot say enough great things about Bill Marshall and all of his staff. They are wonderful to work with, always efficient, friendly, and trustworthy. I would (& do) recommend Phelps County Bank to anyone looking for a friendly bank to deal with.
