The quality is terrible. They discourage communication between teachers and parents, even when the teachers have important concerns to address. Human and musical concerns come last. They do not train or screen their teachers adequately, and most of their teachers have very limited teaching experience and unestablished teaching philosophies. This business makes it clear that making money is their first priority. This business hurts so many students as well as the quality teacher out there by lowering expectations of what music lessons can offer to students to enrich their lives.
