There's never an issue making an appointment--I have a flexible schedule and am able to make appts a week or two in advance and Mazda service is also very flexible.

They did everything really well. To be honest we were shopping around also looking at the Chevy Transverse and Toyota Highlander but John was patient and understanding and kept in touch but not overly in touch. Everything went really well and it was pleasure working with John and the dealership. Even with the trade -in although there was an issue with the title and that is still being worked out, it was a great experience and my wife and I LOVE the CX-9.

Overall experience was great, they took care of exactly what I need, explained additional services that were recommended but didn't pressure me to move forward.

There was no pressure there it was a very comfortable feeling. They answered all questions with good product knowledge.

Joe treated us with respect and honesty. He was an up front guy and not once did we feel we were being "sold" anything. We had left another dealership earlier in the day since we felt like we were being "taken" by the sales consultant. Honestly, Joe is one of the main reasons we sealed this purchase.

The work was well done and the cost was very reasonable. The service department described the work that would be done and the cost clearly and professionally.

if there is one thing I want to make clear, I was not in the market for a Mazda but because of the quality of the vehicle and the great customer service with Mary the sales rep and Vinny the sales manager I will only shop there and my next car will only be a Mazda. Whatever accolades that can be passed on to this dealership and the sales manager should be.
