We Never Charge A Fee Unless You Win Your Case!

A claimant has to pay a fee to a registered representative only if the claimant is awarded benefits as a result of the hearing and any appeal and only after the amount of the fee is approved by the Appeal Board. As a claimant you may request a hearing on any determination affecting your rights to benefits. A hearing is an informal trial held before an administrative law judge in a hearing room. Based on the evidence presented at the hearing the judge will decide whether you are entitled to unemployment insurance benefits.

Competent and Caring Representation

We take pride in providing competent representation with a caring touch. Our office represents clients across Long Island and in New York City, at Appeal Board offices located in Hauppauge, Garden City and Brooklyn.
