I tried Arrow Cleaners as there don't seem to be any reliable cleaners in Northwest Indiana. First, they are more expensive than the competition at $4.95 per item and they take a week to clean your items. When I got my clothes back (4 pairs of pants), one pair was double creased. Unfortunately, I was at the gym and headed to work when I discovered this. When I took it back to Arrow, the kid working the counter laughed and said that was the style. Although expensive, I decided to try them again. they took another week to clean only 4 items and when I got these back, I noticed some stains on my clothes that weren't there before. Needless to say, I will not use them again. At their prices and how long they take, the clothes should come back spotless and pressed correctly.
