I will NEVER buy another car from this con artist. Within 20 miles of driving off the lot, the rear end started clunking loudly. Norman said it was "normal" although 2 dealerships said I needed a new rear end at $2500. He never responded to e-mails or voice mails after the initial call on the drive home. I should have known better when he repeated that the car was "As-Is"
