I have shopped at this store for several years for a specific hand cream but when my husband went in to buy me some of the product they convinced him that another product was the same thing. When I tried to return the product after being out of town they refused and tried to get me to use other products,
Business must be bad when they misrepresent products and then won't stand behind their sales.

I've been a customer at Louise's Hallmark for years. I travel about 40 minutes to shop at this store for more than a few reasons. This location has a beautiful selection of Vera Bradley products. The new owners of this location have upgraded the Vera Bradley purse/stationery section of the store, and it is even more beautiful than before. Marie is there to help you with your selection of their products. She's the Vera Bradley expert in the store.



The other products are also displayed beautifully. I can honestly spend hours in this store and enjoy every minute of the experience. It's a must see store. The staff is exceptional. Some may say I'm silly for traveling this distance to shop this store, but I totally disagree. It's always a fun experience for me to go to Louise's, and I always find exactly what I'm looking to purchase.
