So, we have been taking our three cars to this location for years. We have always been happy with the service. I’ve never even thought about going anywhere else. Well, today sealed the deal. My car broke down on I-95 in Daytona heading back from Orlando. I called Allstate to tow it to Tuffy (since I trust them more than the dealership) and they said with my coverage, it would still be $351 due to the distance. I didn’t care at the time, because I wanted to get off the side of the road. So, I called Justin at Tuffy to let him know the car would be arriving there and he told me I have roadside assistance through them since I get my car serviced there. He said it would cost less going through them. I had totally forgotten about it, so I called and a tow truck was dispatched. I fully expected to pay extra due to the distance it was towed. Well, I got to Tuffy and there was NO charge. They said it was taken care of by AC Delco since I get my car serviced at Tuffy. I was absolutely stunned and thrilled at the same time. I couldn’t believe the service. Let me tell you, they will take care of you at Tuffy. Keith, Brian and Justin are all wonderful and take great care of us and our vehicles. I always feel better knowing my car is with them. We can’t recommend them enough and will be lifelong customers. Thanks guys!

Being a single women it's great to find a place where I can take my car to have work done on it and the guys be honest and up front. Justin is the greatest im so glad I found this place!
