I took in 1 uniform to get my name out in it and it took them a long long time but I finally received the shirt and it looked good so I asked if I could order 10 more and the owner said no problem and took in 10 changes of my uniforms as to put names on all of them however after 6 weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything so I called and talked to store owner who apologized to me and said she would be right on it and the had gotten occupied with a big school order but would have my uniforms done in 1 week but once again weeks went by and still didn't hear anything so I called and found out the moved locations and when I did track down where they moved to I went into the new location and asked to speak with the owner and when she spoke with me she said that they had lost all my uniforms in the move and they were non-existent any longer so I asked what would be done and the owner gave me the website and told me to order 10items off their site as to replace my items lost but after placing the order with the owner a few more weeks went by so I called up there again and asked to speak to the owner and when she got in the phone and I identified who I was she took a very long pause and then re postured herself and said she had no idea what I was talking about and said I would have to go to court so we are currently pursuing legeal course of action - I do not recemend this company to anyone they seem to be CON- ARTISTS

If I could rate a zero it would. I used this business to order apparel for my team. It is now 4 months later and my team dosent have all of our items that were promised we would have 3 weeks after our order was placed. On top of that they completely did not print what was asked and ordered on the back of our shirts and just left them blank. I had to drive out there (45 minutes each way) at least 4 times before they offered to meet me and bring me the items that were given to me 3 months after I ordered. They have also never offered to refund or make this situation right in any way. Myself and many other girls from my team have tried to contact the business by leaving messages and none have been returned. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are untrustworthy and not worth your time. Who knows if my girls will ever get their clothing.

I placed an order for 2 t-shirts on Etsy.com (Etsy is an e-commerce website focused on handmade or vintage items as well as art and craft supplies) from Creative Inks and Threads on December 14th, 2012. As of 12/29/2012, they have only taken payment from my paypal account and have not acknowledged the order or shipped the shirts. There are several negative reviews on Etsy.com with the same complaint. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ONLINE - THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND IGNORE YOUR CALLS AND EMAILS.

Kristina and team are Awesome, they have has shirts ready for me in 2 hours before. We ran out!

They do really great work and are really nice!
