They don't put there customers first.
They really don't have the whatever it takes attitude.

The business is going down hill fast and will most likely go out of business within a year. Very bad sales staff. My experience is with a fast talking snake oil salesman at a gas station. I would not trust these guys at all!

It would take you to to three days to make your purchase there. Brandon the sales manager is overworked and cannot get to any other customers. Scott the manager personally told me they have way more customers then they can service. I attempted to purchase from this dealership and was the worst experience of my life thank God I didn't make the purchase. Fred the owner just wants to call his customers and argue with them. I think Scott would be more successful without him. I don't see this place being in business much longer I seen a lot of bad reviews now that I went to post this one do yourselves a favor people check the reviews

Honestly these guys know what they're doing. They have the most helpful parts staff and their salesmen always greet me when I come in. I'll never go to another dealership.

1st stop looking at trailers,wanting to buy two looking for the best price I good get.after shopping around for the same items,found out I could buy elsewhere for 3 to 4 hundred dollars cheaper

I have shopped at US27 Motorsports in mid Michigan for over 4 years now not only am I a customer but a employee! I love my job here and the joy we bring customers when they buy a new or used ATV,Motorcycle,Side X side, or whatever recreational vehicular they decided to have fun on its a pleasure assisting in that process!

US27 treats customers with disregard and disrespect. They do not support the products they sell. They have created negative advertising for life in the way they handled our concerns.

I bought a 2010 Polaris Rzr and am very please that I could see the In stock selection. I even got to test Drive it before i bought it!!! I would recommend them to anyone fast transacion good financing overall great service .....Pleased in mt pleasant
