EXTREMELY poor customer service, especially from the manager mike. He's refused to respond to many phone calls about a job that was done improperly and not up to city code.

Thank you Scott. I live in Washington State and my mom is in Benton Harbor. She needed repairs to her furnace and contacted your business for help. She shared with me, how satisfied she was with the service she received at the time of your visit. A couple of things stood out with me. She stated, you were courteous, polite, professional and knowledgeable. You took the time to explain every step of the process and feels you went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable with the repairs and well versed on the operation of her newly installed Honeywell programmable thermostat. On behalf of Gloria Weatherspoon and her family, I'd like to extend my sincere appreciation for a job well done. She called you an Angel from God.
