Flowers Forever Shop isn't like it use to be...I received my order of 12 forever flowers that I really was disappointed with the globes. They certainly did not meet the expectations of what I previously set from other orders I've had in the past. The red roses had silver casts that looked like the flower was taken apart and put back together. When I talked to the owner all they said was they did their best and every once in a while this silver cast shows on the outer leaf of the flower. Their was nothing they could do about them. I was really shocked because everyone of the roses were of this poor quality. When we took our flowers into them, they were in perfect shape. After paying $420 worth I did expect them to stand behind their work. They gladly took our money in full. All they could say, this is special and they call it the flower with the silver lining. They would not even refund any or part of the money we spent. What a way to stand behind your business. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I will dry my own flowers and know it is a memory I will have forever.

My family has made a tradition of preserving flowers to remember departed loved ones. In doing so, we’ve used this business to create forever flowers on a total of four occasions. Imagine our surprise when our most recent order of seven forever flower globes in no way met expectations previously set by this company. When I contacted the owner I calmly explained how shocked I was by the lack of quality – two of the flowers looked decayed in the middle, some had transparent petals and all of them looked as if they were taken apart and improperly put back together. Flowers Forever simply said they did their best and that’s all there was. An offer was made to remake two of the worst globes using new flowers, but I that remaking a globe using a flower that has no meaning is senseless, so I asked for at least a partial refund.



Wow, that says a lot when a loyal customer orders over $300 worth of forever flowers and the shop won’t even give you a partial refund for decayed roses. I think smashing petals in a book is a lot less risky, and will be the route we go next time.
