Provided by YP.comWhen Honor Credit Union was Berrien Teachers Credit Union, I used to rave about their customer service. Since becoming Honor Credit Union, their service has progressively gotten worse. They charge as many fees as they possibly can. I have experienced them processing withdrawals before deposits to collect as many fees as possible. Take your money elsewhere - it is not appreciated at Honor. I will definitely be moving mine.

Provided by YP.comAdded a ton of extra fees with the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. All my statements and bills were sent to me through online banking even though they confirmed it has never been set up. Do not bank with Honor Credit Union!

Provided by YP.comI started at this bank at age 12 with my grandparents. When I turned 19 I finally decided to get a card, and start using my account like an adult. While buying my WEDDING items, I didn't realize I went over by FIFTY CENTS 50¢. And was never ever told. I deposited several checks (about 300 dollars with over a period of a few weeks) for an up coming trip. Each time I deposited they NEVER ONCE TOLD ME I WAS IN THE RED. One day a woman says "you know..." They forgave the remaining 200 in fees, and only gave me back 60$. If they had just told me I would've ponied up immediately. But this was just SHAMEFUL. I expect MORE out of a business then just TAKING MONEY.

Provided by YP.comThis is the WORST bank out there. They are RUDE and lie trying to get extra money out of you. They held our car loan (WHICH WAS NEVER LATE) we would call and ask something and they have NO customer service. NEVER go with them we now use Members First Credit Union and they are SOO Nice and will talk to you. Never met a BANK that was SOO bad.
