I wanted to buy one of their listings, as a cash purchase, and gave up because I got tired of the dishonesty and incompetence of the seller's agents. They asked me to pay an earnest money deposit before seeing a contract, which I wouldn't do, and when I did get the contract, I found out that the seller's agent had lied to me about multiple things and not mentioned several important details including the closing date being two months later than I was originally told and the deposit being non-refundable. The explanation they gave me was that it was a HUD listing and they had no control over the terms of the contract. If that was the case, they should have told me that from the beginning instead of telling me lies. When I tried getting a buyer's agent from a different agency to help me get things straightened out, a Coldwell Banker broker lied to him and said one of their agents was already representing me. I really loved the house and had the cash available to buy, but they were impossible to deal with. So I contacted the title company, got more info, made a few more phone calls, and found out that there wasn't even a deed available on the house. All Coldwell Banker's agents did was waste my time. I will not even consider trying to purchase any of their listings in the future.

Even choose one star for this business is also waste. They are very rude people, they give worst service. They always say busy, they look for your money. Poor Service. I suggest don`t go with them.
