Loved their milkshakes and staff was friendly and efficient service

Like the food, hate the service. High school kids are "master's of customer service," everybody knows that. Especially the girl with the nose ring that likes talking loudly, and making me wait to order, while she tells her friend about how she beat her mom up, or some bull-mess. Will eat here again once bottle-nose is fired. Then I'll stop eating here. again, when former employees tell me about the mold that grows on their pre-made milkshakes. Old gray mule, she ain't what she used to be....

Ford's Has Been "My Absolute Favorite Place To Eat" Since I Was A Young Child. Still To This Day, Every Chance I Get & I'm In My Home Town Of St. Joseph, I Choose To Go To Ford's Over Any Other Restaurant. Definitely Brings Back A Lot Of Great Childhood Memories.
Excellent Food, Reasonable Prices & Friendly Service.

My family and I went out to get some food here, we ended up spending $31 between the four of us which wasn't bad, we got our food and I asked for some ranch sauce to dip our sides in and I was told they were going to charge us for it. I know it doesn't sound like much to complain about, but we have been in there numerous times and ordered the same things and never been charged for it before.. Little things like that are what keep us coming back to places.
