Provided by YP.comMost helpful sweet wonderful dealership I have ever dealt with. When I go to buy y next car I will go right back there. I have bought 2 trucks from Albright and been very satisfied with both. Thank you for all you have done for Tim and I.

Provided by YP.comFred Albright & his staff are the best!
Everyone that walks in the door is treated like they're family.
We been having Rick in service work on our vehicles for years, never knew Greg when he owned it, but Fred makes a point to say hello to everyone. We have purchased 2 trucks there this year.

Provided by YP.comI actually had to deal with this company on a more personal level and not car buying. The manager at the N Belt Hwy location was great. He listened to everything I had to say and helped me to best of his abilities. The owner Mr. Greg is a piece of work though. Not only is he EXTREMELY rude but he is not Military or Firefighter friendly. He has something hanging in his office that is sentimental to my family and he will not even consider letting my father have it back. My father is retiring with 28 YEARS in the Army as well as being a firefighter for 10 years on the side, and all I wanted to do was buy this item back from Mr. Greg, and he won't even consider it because he was it hanging in his office so he can brag about how much money he has. So if you are a supporter of the brave men a women who serve the country you live in, buy a car from someone else. This place is owned by a piece of crap.

Provided by YP.comWhen I first contacted them I thought they were great, but that changed near the end of the process. Overall I do not think they care about customer service. I spent over $40K on a used truck that had only 1 key and fob so they promised a second set. Called 2 weeks later and they said they had to order a new one that needed to be programmed, which I was fine with. I live about 1.5 hours away so not real easy to just swing by so asked if I could have it done here and then they could pay for it. I was told by my salesperson that would be fine and to call around and check some prices. I checked and could have it done near my home for $35, I was told that would be fine. Week later no key so I called them back. I was then told by the dealership that they would only pay $20 since that was their cost to have it done or I could spend 3 hours on the road and bring it to them. Could not believe they were willing to loose a customer over $15. I even told them the money was not the big deal but principle of the matter, I was promised before I did paperwork that I would get a second set. Buyers beware.

Provided by YP.comMy wife and I purchased a pre-owned car from Greg's today and being truthfully honest we could not have had a more pleasurable experience from the second we pulled on the lot to the time we left with our Malibu. We were truly treated as family and the entire experience could not have lasted more than an hour and a half including our test drive! We have been searching for a car for quite some time and went to a lot of area dealerships. Lets just say the only reason I am writing this review is because the time we spent at other dealerships was truly a waste. It's unbelievable how rude some places can be and how many "added on fee's" they can come up with. I would definitely recommend Greg's and I never write reviews. Go see for yourself.
